Creating A Powerful Time of Prayer

One of the first ministries that went into affect at Word of Faith was our prayer ministry. I am of the mind, that prayer is one of the most important facets of any ministry. Recently, as we have moved into our new location, we have an even deeper passion for prayer and how to incorperate that into our services. For some time we have had a Saturday morning prayer, but we are aiming to take this to even higher hieghts. What do you think the body of Christ lacks during public prayer services, and what elements do you think would make community prayer more productive and powerful?

Comments:
I think that "one accord" is the most important thing in community prayer (ex. Acts 1). I think that a list of topics to pray for along with sincere Worship of the Father will produce awsome results! If we pray for these things collectively or separately, but have the same mind, then according to His Word, He has to bring those things to pass (as long as there is collective repentance first). So a list on paper or even better, a wall display or something durring the service would be great and would help those in prayer to remain focused on the "task" at hand and the specific topics.

Thanks for your input - These are some great ideas

Thanx!
